Goodfellow, MBA, CPA Tom founded TG Associates CPAs, PLLC in 2003 to provide compliance audit and advice to government contractors and agencies primarily in services and infrastructure procurement oversight. Ten years later we continue an impeccable record of service to our diverse, national client base in our specialty areas. After a distinguished career with the New York State Department of Transportation, Tom brings extensive, diversified knowledge in the area of public sector procurement, auditing, compliance, and control. He is a nationally recognized expert in the effective use of audit methods to support professional services procurement in government transportation programs, and is experienced in government accounting and budgeting, procurement regulations, claims auditing, municipal, transit and airport fiscal operations. Tom was a key participant in joint activities of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Audit Sub-committee, the American Council of Engineering Consultants, and the Federal Highway Administration in guiding Federal legislative initiatives for coordinating multi-state audits of engineering firms. Senior Associate: Tessa Romita Tessa earned her Master of Science in Business Administration from San Francisco State University. Prior to joining TG Associates CPAs, PLLC, she worked as a forensic accountant for the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) where she conducted Form I-9 audits of businesses and worked complex criminal investigations. She also has performed attestation and assurance engagements of both private and governmental entities while working for a public accounting firm. Jones Ken is a graduate of Baltimore City College and earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. His experience includes fifteen years as the lead Internal Auditor, lead auditor on a number of projects, and twelve years in the Railroad/Utility Audit Section as a fiscal specialist and auditor, all with a major mid-Atlantic state's transportation agency. Ken worked in the Program control department monitoring capital projects and reporting their progress to the Federal Railroad Administration for Amtrak. He spent seven years in the railroad industry as a Database Analyst and Senior Project Analyst. He was also one of the lead auditors on the Woodrow Wilson Bridge replacement project, bridge access development projects along with many other projects that were being worked on by the mid-Atlantic state transportation agency.
